Shipping & Delivery
Product Availability
Most of the products are held in stock (unless stated otherwise on the website) and are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days from receipt of your order. You will be emailed an estimated time of delivery by the courier once your order has been processed.
All items that are out of stock will usually take between 1-3 weeks on average to be either manufactured or delivered from the manufacturer. Please contact us for further information on availability of out of stock goods.
Delivery Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please note that all orders require a signature on delivery. Please use a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the goods. If you require goods sent to a location that differs from the billing address, please contact us at mark@baguettepower.com before you place your order online.
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. If no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Should a postal carrier return an undeliverable package to us, Baguettepower will issue a full refund for your items (excluding delivery charges).
Shipping Costs
Delivery prices can be viewed for all orders by adding the products you desire to the cart.
If you are ordering online from within the European Union, the shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed to you before you place your order. If you are ordering by telephone or via email, please confirm the shipping costs with the member of staff taking your order.
Shipping Costs (Outside of Europe)
Shipping costs for order outside of the European Union are calculated manually. Please get in touch with us at mark@baguettepower.com for a custom quote.
For International orders outside of the European Union you may be asked to pay customs charges, duties and taxes as the goods enter your country. Once these fees are paid the goods will be delivered.
Prices & Payment
The price payable for the goods you order or purchase is as set out on our website at the time you submit your order plus any charges for delivery as advised to you. All prices include the current applicable VAT rate.
Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or at all. We will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavors to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.
We must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods you order and purchase, and any applicable charges for delivery, before your order can be processed unless we have agreed otherwise in advance.
For website orders, payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards, by completing the relevant details on the checkout page.
By using a credit/debit card to pay for your order or purchase, you confirm that the card being used is yours or that you are authorised to use it.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order or purchase, we will not be obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal, and we will not be liable for the item not being delivered or provided to you. We are not responsible for the card issuer or bank charging the holder of the card as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order or purchase.
We recommend that you do not communicate your payment card details to anyone, including us, by email.
